Dr. Tali Mass
Leon H. Charney School of Marine Sciences
Dr. Tali Mass’s research focuses on studying coral reef ecosystems,
and the future impact of global climate change on coral calcification.
Dr. Mass established and currently heads the Coral Biomineralization and
Physiology Laboratory.

Prof. Yael LatzerFaculty of Social Welfare & Health Sciences
Prof. Yael Latzer is both nationally and internationally recognized
as an expert in the field of eating disorder treatment and research.
She heads the Center for Rehabilitation and Human Development,
and the unique MA Program for Social Work for ultra-Orthodox
students, and teaches at the School of Social Work and the
School of Public Health.
Dr. Guy Podoler
Faculty of Humanities
Dr. Guy Podoler is a Senior Lecturer in Korean Studies and the Chair
of the Department of Asian Studies. He specializes in the modern
history of Korea and focuses on collective memory and sports politics.

Dr. Yafit GabayThe Edmond J. Safra Brain Research Center for the Study of
Learning Disabilities and The Department of Special Education
Dr. Yafit Gabay’s research aims to better understand the cognitive aspects
of learning and its breakdown in neurodevelopmental disorders such
as dyslexia. Dr. Gabay currently heads The Learning and Language
Research Laboratory at the Faculty of Education.
